Head Professsional - Padraig (Paddy) Kelly
With over 15 years of experience in the golf industry, Paddy is a graduate of the Professional Golf Management program at Durham College. He has thrived in the private club environment at St. Andrews's East, Coppinwood and Granite Golf Club. Paddy helps players learn by relating the golf swing to other sports and activities. His library of teaching aids include: baseball gloves, hockey sticks, pool noodles, soccer balls and many more. By focusing on the enjoyment of the game through real life situations, Paddy is able to help his students get the most out of their time.
Head Teaching Professsional - Jaime Steedman
Offering students a comfortable, relaxed, and simplified approach to golf instruction, Jaime tailors her coaching to each individual student's needs. The passion and energy she brings to each lesson benefits the learning and progress of all students. Jaime brings a wealth of teaching experience from her tenure at the Hamilton G&CC, the Glen Abbey Academy, as well as her time spent playing collegiate golf for the University of Waterloo and Humber College.
Associate Professional - Jennifer Kimmons
Jennifer has 25 years of experience as a golf instructor. She began her career at the Board of Trade Golf Club and at Oshawa Golf Club. She is passionate about helping the golfer "let go" in order that the student experiences lower scores, the magic of a properly compressed golf ball and the joy of golf. To enhance the learning experience Jennifer uses training aids, video analysis, swing drills, swing images and concepts.
Associate Professional - Kyle Robinson
Kyle, PGA of Canada Class A, has been in the golf industry for 15 years, instructing golf for the past 10. His teaching philosophy is about improving swing dynamics while focusing on fundamentals such as consistent setup, repeatable tempo, and finishing every swing in balance. Kyle counsels golfers on the mental aspect of the game as he develops their natural strengths and athletic capabilities. He strongly believes that effective practice strategies and a pre-shot routine are crucial to refining your game.
Associate Teaching Professional - Ryan Hendriks
Ryan caters to all playing levels and ensures a fun and simplified learning environment. He is able to communicate effectively using simplistic teaching ideas and methods. Teaching has been Ryan's passion since beginning at Granite Golf Club right out of school. He developed his skills at Coppinwood and later moved to Golf Town (Aurora) where he was the Head Teaching Professional for 3 years. Ryan loves witnessing a student's progression and ensures he is there every step of the way through the learning stages.
