Head Chef Anthony Martelli
Chef Anthony Martelli heads Ladies’ kitchen and has over twenty years experience in both private clubs and leading hotels. His passion and creativity in cooking are evident in the masterful menus that are offered at the Club. Anthony’s charismatic and fun approach is loved and enjoyed by our Members and guests.
His passion for cooking started at a very young age. He is the youngest and only boy in the family. Refusing to eat the food prepared by his two older sisters, he cooked for himself and realized his skill and passion for cooking. His true idol and inspiration was his mother.
