We look forward to welcoming you at the Club. Below is some information to make your experience more enjoyable or click here for printable guide.

Location
Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto is situated in Thornhill, Ontario, and is easily accessible from downtown Toronto and Highways 401, 407 and 404. When you drive in from Yonge Street, watch out for players hitting from the 18th tees across the road to the green. Proceed past the Clubhouse to the bag drop where you can drop off your golf clubs before parking.

Bag Drop
The Bag Drop is situated at the lower level of the Pro Shop. Your bags will be taken to the 1st tee for you. Power carts are available for rent at the Pro Shop. Pull carts are included in the green fee.

Parking
Visitors and Guest Card Holders may park in Lot 2 behind the Pro Shop and Lot 3, past the Pro Shop. Lot 1 outside the Clubhouse is reserved for Members.

Locker Rooms
The Clubhouse is open for women's locker room access every day, beginning 15 minutes before the first Member tee time and closing at approximately 9 pm., depending on Member activity. If you require earlier admittance, please check with the Pro Shop. The men’s locker room is located in the Pro Shop building and is open at all times when the Pro Shop is open – 30 minutes before first tee time until dusk.

Dress code
Ladies’ celebrates the heritage of the game of golf. To us, that translates into a simple dress code, attention to course etiquette and good sportsmanship.
Members and GCHs should ensure that their guests dress appropriately while on the course, grounds and Clubhouse.
Golf attire should be neat, tailored and consistent with the standards of the Club and traditions of the game.

On the Golf Course
Females
Conservative, tailored slacks, golf skirts, shorts
Socks should be knee high or no more than 2 inches above the ankle.
Proper soft spike golf shoes


Males
Tailored slacks or Bermuda shorts
Shirts with both a collar and sleeves and tucked in at all times
Socks should be knee high or no more than 2 inches above the ankle
Proper soft spike golf shoes


Please do NOT wear:

Denim apparel in all colours
Racer backs, tank tops or halters
Low cut shirts with necks below the collarbone
Bare midriffs (in standing position)
Large or indiscrete logos
Cargo pants with buckles and ties, Stirrup pants
Warm up suits, Pull-on drawstring shorts/slacks
Skirts/shorts that are more than 5 inches above the knee or less than 18 inches when measured from the bottom of the waistband.
Hats worn backwards

           Clubhouse, Dining Rooms/Dining Areas
          
Use smart casual as the guideline for dress in the Clubhouse and dining areas.  
           Proper golf attire is quite acceptable. Men are asked to remove hats/headgear.

Washrooms
Women and men’s washrooms are located at the Pro Shop, the Halfway House at the 9th tee and near the 6th green. Sunscreen, hand lotion and other amenities are supplied.

Pace of Play
To enable players to meet other commitments and keep up a rhythm of play, the 18 hole course is set up to be played in no more than 4 hours and 20 minutes. Players are encouraged to play ready golf through the green. A staff member may ask you to move along if your group falls behind.

Practice Facilities
Ladies’ has a practice range with unlimited balls, access off Bayview Avenue. Some restrictions apply so visitors should check in with the Pro Shop before use. Nets and putting and chipping warm up areas are situated near the Pro Shop.

Smoking
The Clubhouse, Terrace, Pro Shop and Office are smoke-free locations. Only cigarettes may be smoked in the garden but pipes and cigars are permitted on the golf course.

Mobile Communication Devices
Mobile telephones or communication devices may be used in the Clubhouse business centre, the locker rooms, the Ivy room and discreetly in the parking lot. They may be carried on the course for use in a medical or safety emergency. Please keep them switched off or on vibrating / silent mode.

Discreet, silent communication such as text messaging, emails and scheduling is permissible in all areas of the Clubhouse and on the golf course, except in the indoor dining rooms.  Please make sure their use does not slow down play.

18 Hole - $90
18 Hole Aerated or Shoulder season -$75
9 Hole - $55
9 Hole Aerated or Shoulder season -$50
Sundowner: Daily after 3:30 pm, as many holes as you can - $60
Junior 18 Hole - $45
Junior 9 Hole - $32
